News & Announcements
In addition to the supplies provided by your school, students in grades K-8 are asked to provide a few additional items before the first day of school. Use TeacherLists, a free resource, to easily find your list and even shop online for the best prices on all your back-to-school supplies, if desired. High school students will continue to receive supply lists from their teachers when school starts.
As the season changes and you are going through your kids' clothes and shoes to see what they've outgrown, could you remember the Creekside Clinic and donate what you aren't going to use? We provide clean clothes, underwear, and socks (and shoes, if we have them) for students to borrow when they have a spill or accident. Unfortunately, our supply is running low and we could use your help!
Thanks in advance for any items you can send our way!!

Each spring, Lakota elementary school administrators and teachers spend a significant amount of time preparing class lists for the upcoming year. The first priority for class placement in all Lakota elementary schools is to
create well-balanced classrooms for all students. In order to accomplish this goal, many factors must be taken into consideration. If you have critical information regarding class placement you may fill out this form by the end of school on Thursday, May 22nd for consideration.
